Thats for damn sure, having an owner that is a bit more hands off would be a good thing. The Yashin deal, and being good friends with DP does not make me like Charles Wang. I feel bad he had such a hard time trying to get a new rink for them, but now is a great time to sell. Hopefully he can cash in and get good value.
