I was able to go across Canada during the Olympic Torch Run Ceremonies and meet so many people from all over this great country.
It was a great time and fantastic experience and one I am very proud to have been a part of, especially as a born and raised Calgarian.

Our family had moved from Calgary to Toronto 2 years before the Olympics. I remember how badly I wanted one of those candles but didn't think I could get one in Ontario. We had an aunt in Calgary mail us a couple and my brother and I brought them with us to watch the torch relay when it came through. To our surprise everyone there had the candles we had gone to great lengths to track down. They probably got them from you.
