Billy Ray Cyrus wasn't a one-hit wonder though. I believe his follow-up album won him some serious awards and he continues to produce.
Achy Breaky Heart is one of the few songs of his I don't like but he's a very able balladeer. . . . . and probably an able TV doctor too!!!
