So I often see all thes infomercials and often wonder if the product actually works. I search the web for reviews but just can't bring myself to believe that the review is actually a quality review.

That being said, I thought I would start a thread where hopefully people could post a product they've always thought about purchasing but were skeptical. Maybe someone else has the product and can offer up a review of it.
