I've been going to my
Trym Gym classes (excercise & nutrition) for 5 weeks now. I quit smoking Jan 1st and I've really cut back my calories.
I've given up a lot of things I really like. Popcorn, nachos, bagels with cream cheese, other sweets. And my 2 Timmies double/doubles and become 1 single/single.
I've being doing extra activities too; cross country skiing, hiking, more walks with the dogs, etc.
So I was
REALLY bummed on Monday when we had a weigh-in and I had lost less than 2 pounds.
Then I watched this video. Not so bummed anymore; just more determined to stick with it.
