Generally speaking, I would agree. However, the shortened season in produces mitigating circumstances that will likely result in an inordinately high number of + 1.00 point/game averages for players across the League. We shouldn't be at all shocked to see a handful of players from the Flames end the year with +35 points, but by the same token, these numbers should not be used to extrapolate what "could have been" in the course of a full season.
