Hmmmm, just want to make sure you know Wideman is the guy that wears a #26 on his back, with those comments it doesn't seem like you are watching the same guy that I am.
His positionial play without the puck has been great and one of the big reasons that he and Brodie have been the best Flames D pairing that I can remember for a long long time. Always support each other, always positioning themselves so they have an out if under pressure.
