I have no problem with Rhett calling out Iggy. He speaks from a place of close experience. Nobody on the team is going to prod him so why not Rhett who is a long time team mate and friend.
lol Rhett take a poke at him every 10 games or so if he is slumping. Is someone on the team going to i doubt it, they are not that kind of a team.
Some people need a little jab now and then and they are thankful later.
I think Iggy is one of those guys.
Question his compete level question his heart...he responds he is proud.
