Nothing to be ashamed of. I called this mess years ago when people still thought the team was elite. It bothers a lot of longtime posters that some of my perceived negative posts eventually became reality checks.
I'm not a nostalgic guy. I never live in the past nor do I look back. I don't care about what any player, coach, or GM has done for the franchise. When they aren't part of the solution they need to go.
The only times I have been wrong was with Playfair in that I was one of the first that wanted him fired and I was right he had to go (because he didn't have the respect of the so called leaders of the team) however I had no idea at the time that the locker room was so toxic and I now believe Jim got a raw deal.
Also wrong on Kipper. I have called for him to go in the past and while he has only been great ever second season going back to 2007 I feel that he's probably been the glue that's held this team back from becoming Oiler bad.
