I'm starting to think re-signing Cervenka should be moved to the top of Feaster to-do list. The guy's been great and has so much damn skill. Despite his point totals you can sort of see what he's capable of. Give him a three year deal until the end of Hudler's contract.

Those two guys have been a bright spot in what is otherwise a pretty dismal season so far.

I'd wait and see a bit longer. Although he has shown flashes of skill, I have not been impressed with his skating. He looks extremely slow out there and has no ability to break free from back checks or win loose puck battles. I don't know if it's a health thing or what, but if his skating doesn't get better, he's not going to be much of a player in this league.
