I gotta imagine most or all of the par-3's will also be going soon. Those really can't be profitable. Maple Ridge is more interesting to me in the sense that I think with a little renovation (irrigation and maintenance mostly) it can be a great course. Also agree the city needs to be more punishing for no shows. City courses are generally pretty tough to get decent tee times to and charging for no shows will deter people from booking the prime times and not showing up.
