Byron could be a career AHLer too. However he has played the equivalent of almost a half season in the NHL despite being over 2 years younger than Street, and while he hasn't lit it up, he has managed to put up some points. So while Byron maybe a career AHLer who gets called up during injury situations (like currently) he has still proven to be more capable than Street. Neither is going to blossom into a star player, but Byron has shown more upside.
