I think this team - healthy - makes the playoffs.

However, with the slow start, combined with Kipper going down, I think the hole will be too big by the time he is back and back to form.

I was willing to give these guys one more crack at it. But I sure as hell don't want to see the franchise wait another year for them.

If they aren't getting it done by mid March, changes have to be made at the deadline.
