It was evident that some Lufthansa people hate dealing with Air Canada.
Having spent 3 years flying on connecting flights with both airlines twice a month I haven't heard any issues from Lufthansa people or had a single issue with Air Canada.
Seems like a bit of a generalization to say that Lufthansa people in general have a problem with Air Canada based on one event.
