I was just giving some food for thought. I think unless its to the lvl of a Sean Avery the Flames would probably stick with Irving anyway. Who else have they had to make Irving "the future of the Flames goaltending" expendable to this point? Look at Patrick Kane, we all think he is a D bag but I would welcome that guy with open arms to the Flames and put up with quite a bit of bull ####. But, if his talent started to drop off, I would have him out of there in no time.
