So we have no evidence that Dutch was the aggressor against the pit bull save for the former owner's word. Rarely have I heard of a dog fight where the pit bull was the submissive victim, but I guess it could happen... So now, after a dog fight and being hit by a human and dragged violently by this human, the dog bit that human. I think in that heightened state of anxiety I think even the most even-tempered dog might be provoked to the point of biting.

So like all cases, the truth probably lies somewhere in between.
Well except for the injuries induced by the former owner, I think it was a 24,000 dollar medical tab which tells me that it wasn't insignificant injuries.

I would like to see proof of the dog fight as in injuries to the other dog.
