If one doesn't have a specific party that one supports then it is better to vote for opposing voices to status quo so that there can be room for discussion. I know how much Harper hates discussion as he continually hypocritically smashes massive omnibus bills through parliament.
BTW, calling other parties that disagree with your own "nutjobs" is a prime example why people that hate the Conservative Party and their supporters. They can't debate policy without acting like jagoffs.
