Cammy's contract is probably not a great one, but in one case he did live up to it. His twelve goals (or whatever it was) in nineteen games during Montreal's playoff run, where they took out Pittsburgh and Washington, was impressive. Yes, it is only one occasion, but he did come through when it mattered the most.
But the worst part of this post is that there is the admission that Cammy's contract is terrible, and he's getting worse every year; we should trade him to Colorado. But why would our divisional rivals want to relieve us of such a burden and take it upon themselves?
I'm sorry, but such a blatant fail of logic in within this argument forces me to question the creditability of some of the popular opinions on this site.

do you have any kind of an idea how many trades the Flames and Colorado have made in the past.
Just like why would the Flames trade Fluery to Colorado their division rival and get a prospect rookie that would turn into one of our most fierce for years, Regehr.
Maybe some home work should be done before going off.
