Kipper's problem in the shootout is that he comes way too far out of his net and doesn't play the angles. He's not a technical goalie, and this kills him in the shootout. Flames shooters are just as much of a problem, but it wouldn't really matter even if we were scoring at a higher rate, the opposition always scores on at least 2 of their first 3 attempts.

Kipper gave his team TWO chances to win against the Canucks. The Flames didn't score a single shoot out goal against the Hawks. Can't really blame him in the shootout.
