Going to get a presentation tomorrow about Blackberry going forward so we'll see how that goes. We're on full BYOD mode but the company will still issue corporate Blackberrys or iPhones depending on user choice. Almost everybody but the old guard has gone for the iPhone so far.

You don't need the new Blackberry Device Services server software if you don't need policies or other aspects of MDM above and beyond what ActiveSync offers. For many small to mid-sized organizations that are already handling iOS and Android devices without an MDM solution in place, it's probably no more or less cost effective to deploy BB10 at this point.
