Hell, the Charter Of Rights And Freedoms assumes the existence of God and uses that as an original source of law.
This is not to mention former laws against gay marriage and former laws against mixed marriage.

Those that are based on the existence of God I do have a problem with, such as the catholic school thing.
Those that are based on 1000+ years of society evolving and adapting a basic sense of morals (like the nudity laws) I don't have a problem with.
Yes, you could argue that all laws are based on
someones sense of morals but laws usually follow the opinion of the majority (as they should). Just look at gay marriage laws.
