I think it is too early to decide what type of job Ward has done at developing guys but the fact that Horak, Brodie and Bouma are the guys being used as examples isn't really making a strong argument in his favor.
I think the real problem is that there hasn't been a lot of talent to develop and most guys have turned out to be what you would have expected out them so hard to get too down or up about prospect development at the AHL level.
