  • The Flames easily outplayed the Hawks. But there' no time to find solace in that during this short season. It's another lost point and the Flames remain in the basement.
  • Putting Cammalleri on the top line with the already snakebitten Iginla just resulted in a lot of over thinking. Lot of chances where they should have just shot but don't seem to have the confidence. At least there still creating chances.
  • Glencross' line seemed to have at least a scoring chance ever shift, 20 shots on goal by the trio but nothing to show for it. Some good puck luck and that line has an amazing game, instead they could be left with the horns for the blown chances.
  • Hudler showing skill again, great vision to set up Bouwmeester's goal. His linemates had a bit more of a quiet night compared to the rest of the team.
  • Giordano just had a bad night.
  • Brodie had a worse one. He was in there with some offensive chances but couldn't make a pass, fell down trying to keep the puck in that lead to a break away (may be able to blame the poor ice on that one), his worst game this season.
  • As much as I love to rag on Butler, he and Smith had a decent game for a third pairing.
  • Wideman came as advertised.
  • Terrible ice for the Dome tonight.
