Seems rather Cherry Pick-y of a stat to bring up, doesn't it?

4 out of 19 Cabinet Ministers in Alberta are women.
12 out of 87 Alberta MLAs are women
22.1% of Canadian MP's are women
10 out of 39 Cabinet Ministers are women
Note: These stats might not be exact, I just counted female sounding names or Ms/Mrs titles in the lists I found.
