There is still massive inequality between men and women and white people and people of color, even with these groups to help them. The groups are misguided sometimes, of course, but without them it would be a whole lot worse.
There's a whole huge difference between blackface and whiteface.
But then white people arguing how to fix racism is generally a really incredibly futile idea.

Agree that there's still inequality that needs to be supplemented but at some point I think (hope) this is going to disappear and I wonder about the type of backlash someone will face who tries to abolish these policies for that specific reason purely because "minorities" (I'm pretty sure a white person is the current minority just from walking down the street) want to keep what would now be policies that give them an advantage over others.
