I dunno. I think a guy who has made it to the point of top professional sports would be a professional in the dressing room and it wouldnt even be a concern. If the guy starting voicing his desire to bang team members that's different, but again that's not because he's gay, it's because he's not being a teammate/coworker and I think that's a different issue.
Even if you think a guy might be wanting it, I don't see it as a reason to freak out. Just because they want it doesn't mean they get it. Someone who isn't ok with that strikes me as a person who isn't comfortable with themselves. And that's not the gay guys problem. They whos chasing you around and timing showers needs to go. But again it's not because he's gay. Its because he's being inappropriate.
