There was a gay guy that liked me at one of my jobs in High School...
It definitely made me uncomfortable when I was working with him alone. I guess it'd be the samething if it was a girl that I really didn't think was attractive at all though.
However If he didn't like me or whatever then I'd treat him the same way as anyone else. Well, I'd probably be annoyed by how flamboyent he was but thats a personality thing and not to do with the fact that he was gay.
