I hope it happens, but I don't care if it doesn't. The Flames are closing in on nearly 100 new players in 4 seasons and I've never been the guy who said don't trade Iginla or Kiprusoff.
There are reasons to be excited about the upcoming seasons. More turnover is going to take place. Even more of the recent draft picks will start making the team.
Being critical of the Flames or supporting them no matter what is fine in either case. I just don't believe in being "realistically" pessimistic either. It's tough to debate the uptempo hockey is less entertaining.
