Kind of depends. If a sociology, political science, or *insert any other social science* took a lot of quantitative methodology with a focus on statistical survey research, they will easily find themselves more employable than your standard "business student (outside of finance and accounting)."
It doesn't even have to do with math skills, but more with the fact that a lot of students specifically enter into the arts because they want to escape the analytical reasoning required by the hard sciences. That said, it's not too difficult for motivated arts students to capture a pretty unique employment opportunity without going to grad school.
