Never really got how that helps people that soon before bed. Whenever I did it in the past, tack on about 2.5-3hrs before I'd be able to sleep. But over-all I can see how it'd help doing it sometime that evening.
Lifelong insomniac too, getting worse as I get older. If I don't take a sleeping pill I'll get 4-5hrs tops. I'm just used to it at this point. Kinda sucks, but whatcha gonna do?
