Does anyone know if the new lottery system is changing in regards to the number of picks that are actually drawn? For example they currently only pick the 1st spot...and the remaining picks just go in reverse order.
While I know they are opening up the top spot to all 14 non-playoff teams, and eliminating the drop 4 spots rule....are they still only picking the top spot?
I think it would be great if they picked all 14 spots.....then there could really be some movement between the top 14....and the incentive to tank would be even further diminished.
