Try ZMA.
Basically a combination of zinc, magnesium and Vitamin B6. It won't make you fall asleep faster, but once you're asleep, it can help you sleep through the night.
I usually just take zinc and magnesium citrate(the good kind) a couple times every week, and it works pretty good. Studies have shown that most people in North America are deficient in both.
