Usually it does actually. At least for the people closest to the one who died. There is a tremendous sense of loss. Unless perhaps the person lived a long and fulfilled life. Anybody taken at an early or middle age generally has to be mourned. Their role as son/daughter/sister/brother/mother/father will be greatly missed. Hard for most people to celebrate the loss of someone close to them. It would take a rare personality type IMO.
