Probably have a beer once every couple weeks. Drink red wine far more often, almost daily. But your amount isn't particularly worrying. 1 pint a day is pretty tame.
I had a roommate in university that would wake up and crack a beer. I think he drank 20 one day, no special occasion, nobody else drinking.
If I had an iron stomach I'd probably drink a lot more heavily. But any amount more than a couple drinks will almost always lead to a bad hangover. Serious drinking will leave me needing a full day of recovery. My body just thinks the stuff is poison. And that is why some of us smoke...
