It's got a lot of the stuff you'd expect at a startup, like 25 or so staff of cool people, foosball table, cool office, beer fridge, free lunch, great stock option plan, etc. It's also got some stuff you wouldn't necessarily expect at a startup, like revenue, capacity planning, and a business model.
We build open innovation and "crowd intelligence" web platforms for some of the biggest brands in the world. This year our clients include world leaders in toys, smartphones, airlines, consumer goods, hotels, accounting, fast food, etc.
