Interesting read, thanks. It really confirms the previous stories of how much Ward is about building the players up and being constructive, to the point of avoiding situations where the wrong things are easily said. Sounds like a great development coach, or at least one who has put a lot of thought into the way he does things.

I'm still hoping to see him behind the Flames bench one day.
