I really like the single colour, sans serif name on the back. Our current jerseys have so much happening -- I would prefer a much cleaner look with a simple letters for the name rather than the clunky two-color letters we currently use.

Home looks good; like the subtle tweaks on the away (shoulder yoke reminds me of the Rangers). Alternate is nice as a concept design but I'm personally not a fan (unless it's for a one-game AHL promotion by the Heat
).
