Also, as much as the sub sandwich shop style of laying all the ingredients out in front of the customer seems nice, I find it causes people to become indecisive about what they want on their food. Having to wait 20+ minutes for people to make up their GD minds about what type of cheese they want before I could complete my burger certainly added to the underwhelming nature of the product.
It's mostly moot regardless. With Five Guys now open, I don't expect I'll be going to Southstreet much anyway.

I agree about the waiting part as it is annoying and there's nothing worse than being stuck behind a woman slowly and indecisively go over toppings for multiple burgers.
Unfortunately for us NW folks there isn't a Five Guys in the area so it's Southstreet, Smashburger, or generic fast food.
