It was directed at protestors the same way it was directed at protestors of all races during the occupy protests. It wasn't blanket statements about native people but the ones that were involved in the protest. Since the exact same comments were made about the Occupy protestors it makes sense that the comments were made to the protesters not FN people in general, but again that doesn't fit your racist narrative so you ignore it.
You used a pretty broad brush when labeling people racism despite not once showing an example of it. So i guess not all but still more people than you have shown being racist.
