This is what is called HD override and basically for duplicate channels that exist in HD and SD, Shaw overrides the SD channel with the HD content. Now what happened during the last game was a HD transmission issue which is fairly rare and doesn't happen often. Probably get updates to fix it in a month or two now that they're aware of the issue.
