I never proclaimed Scrivens to be a #1. Don't exaggerate. All I said was I could see him being a decent goaltender, and that the Leafs should be patient in all of this instead of overpaying for Luongo.
As for having "far less experience and worse statistics" than Schneider, I'd say not by much...
