I just bought the 3510 from Shaw, and do find that the guide loads slowly at times. There are times when you'll push the "page up" button on the remote and have to wait a few seconds for the guide to respond. It's not the end of the world, but I could see it bothering some people. It doesn't happen every time, but it's not uncommon so far.

This is my first PVR, so I don't know what to compare it to. I do like that the guide only displays the channels that I subscribe to. I've only recorded a couple of shows, but that part of it seems to be working well.
