well, looks like I'm gonna be the Oiler fan tomorrow night. I can't just put aside 10 years of Fed-fandom, even if the other guy is my 2nd choice to win this thing. but if the QF streak must end, I would be less upset about it being Milos than if it were anyone else.
with all that said, Raonic's basically got one game plan, and that's try to pull a Berdych/Tsonga, i.e. blast away as hard as possible and hope you're on fire for long enough. he doesn't really have any other tricks that can be used, and unless you're Nole/Rafa/Muzza, that's the only other strategy proven to work. it still will likely not work but it's better than playing conservative, which will result in 100% chance of loss.
