You might not even get a shot at Milliner. A lot of people are projecting him to go to the Eagles at #4. I think it really depends on what the Chiefs and Raiders do. If Joeckel is there at 4, then the Eagles likely take him. With Lewan and Matthews staying in college for another year, they'll probably want to upgrade their secondary if Joeckel is taken ahead of them, as this is apparently a very deep draft for offensive linemen.
