What the heck took the city so long to finish the Sunnyside CTrain Station upgrade? Project was given an April-August time frame at the start and only wrapped up in mid-December. I've written emails to the city and called 311 but no one gets back to me. Completely mismanaged from day 1, not to mention very inconvenient for residents living around there.
Edit: I realize this project was contracted out, but the accountability for it remains with the city.
