As to running QBs in general, I do think defense will be able to adjust over time, but that guys like Kaepernick and Wilson are rare talents who will always be difficult to match up with.

Yep. We've seen Cam steamroll people before. That's never going to happen with Griffin, so he needs to learn how to be safer. Even McNabb, who was a pretty big guy, still managed to get himself injured a lot because he was too reckless. I thought McNabb was more dynamic when he was younger, but he was better QB when he got older because he learned how to extend plays with his legs in order to make a pass, instead of just trying to pick up yards by scrambling.
