I think it's a great hire. I always liked how Trestman carries himself. He's not a big ego guy but very cerebral and his teams were always prepared to play. I'm glad to see an NFL team think outside the box as these hot assitant to head coach hires are a mixed bag and retreads got fired from their last jobs for a reason. I hope he does well.
As for the Als I think their time of Eastern Conference domination is coming to an end.
