When a pub or restaurant see's Mike show up, they call out Buckwheat to come serve his table. Good service staff is hard to find and they just can't subject a woman's eyes to the site of his Nerdy face. But beyond that they know Mikes presence will just annoy these girls to the point that they'll quit to go somewhere with less nerdy customers. When I show up to an establishment, the hot waitress threatens to quit if she's not allowed to serve my table. I can't help it, I can only try to control it.
