As much as I like Brust and Taylor, they don't have a future with the Flames. Pick one of them to back up and give 2/3 of all games to Brossoit.

That would be great and all, but it's rarely the path a rookie goalie follows once he turns pro.
Putting a rookie goalie straight out of the WHL into an AHL style of game is confidence suicide for a young goalie.
Let's take the Texas Stars for example. Jack Campbell is a sophomore this season, but he's getting approximately 1/3rd of the starts behind Cristopher Nihlstorp. Most rookie goalies in the AHL start out this way.
Personally, I'm a bigger fan of Taylor than Brust, so I'd like to see Taylor as the starter next season with Brossoit backing him up. Ease him into the professional way of life and pace of the game.
