You really need to step back and look at what you are writing, it's your opinion but you sound like a crazy person.
If you are so afraid of your kids being around anything that might be dirty, the last place you want to take them is to a park or out in public anywhere. If it's that frightening and makes you that crazy you should probably set up shop in your basement and never leave. There are certainly worse things out there than a little dog pee in the grass.
It seems to me, with your fear of dogs, you are trying to find any and every reason to justify restricting them in any way possible. Maybe try working to get over that fear first and foremost.
In one your previous posts you stated EVERY owner is irresponsible. Try not to be such an extremist, it's such a narrow way to look at things.
Besides Calgary bylaw services disagrees with you. From the article First Lady referenced:
“Over 90 per cent of Calgary dog owners have licensed their pets and the vast majority are responsible and accountable. We’re very confident that our approach under the Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw is working.”
I don't want your kids germ infested hands touching things in public that I may touch. So keep them from touching any surface I may come into contact with. They are a danger to my health.
(Do I sound like a crazy person?)
